Before you call
Do you paint occupied suites and homes?
Yes. Floors and furniture are covered, dust is controlled and we work room by room so the home stays livable.
Do you patch before painting?
Always. Nail pops, cracks, dents and old anchor holes are filled, sanded and primed so the finish is flat.
How fast can you turn a unit?
A standard condo suite repaint is usually one to two days depending on ceilings and trim. Builder touch ups are priced by the floor.
